BEST STORES IN ROME - FASHION GUIDE

Someone said-Rome is the most beautiful city in the world-. Every single day Rome is full of tourists from everywhere; They want to see the Colosseum,  Navona Square, Trevi fountain - to throw coins in the fountain and to express the desire- and all   the archaeological beauties. But If you want to do some shopping where could you go? This is my personal guide!

Via Dei Condotti:

This is the most "chic" street in Rome: it links Piazza Di Spagna to Via Del Corso. In less to one Km you can see, one after another,  the most known luxury brands stores. Yves Saint Laurent, Dior, Prada, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Burberry, Bulgari, Cartier, Dolce & Gabbana, Salvatore Ferragamo, Hermès, Armani, La Perla and much more. Those stores are naturally awesome but you should visit  Gucci  for its  gorgeous interior design and  Luois Vuitton  to admire the fabulous display stairs!

ZARA:Via Del Corso number 189

The most bigger Zara in Europe has opened this month in Via Del Corso . The shop is located in  the ancient Palazzo Bocconi;  Palazzo Bocconi-projected by the architect Giulio de Angelis- it is characterized by its neo-classical and Renaissance at the same time. This new store is totally ecologiacal. Yes, you've understood, this new Zara is one of the first ecological stores in the world.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

TAD CONCEPT STORE:Via del Babuino number 155:

In the last years Concept stores spread in the world. In Rome there's Tad in downtown, near Piazza Del Popolo.In this gorgeous store there are many precious clothes but also  design items and  furnitures; But TAD STORE is much more: there's a library, a perfumery, a little art gallery and there's even an hair salon!Do you fell hungry    during shopping? TADS offers to you something to eat or drink in a romantic garden where you can sit on Philippe Stark's chairs.

40° : via Virgilio 40

This is the most brilliant streetwear store in Rome. Young designers,limited edition collections, brands from different parts of the world but also famous brands like Levis, Nike, Adidas, Fred Perry, Cheap Monday and Vivienne Westwood. The store inside is very original and funny; Clothes are everywhere, the walls are full of pictures, the shelves shows strange items and gadgets. It is possible that you meet a washing machine next to the dressing rooms but inside there aren't dirty clothes...There are capsules to make coffee!

 

 

Monti Market: Via Leonina  number 46/48

If you love vintage and rare items you don't loose the Sunday market. Every Sunday there's a market in Rome. One of most interesting is Monti Market for sure!Two levels of stands that expose vintage dresses, accessories, hand-made products and young designer little collections. Entrance is totally free!
